FAQs

Do I need a separate subscription?

No. Each service is activated from your Waveie account and billed through us. If you already subscribe directly you can move the existing account across at activation rather than starting fresh.

What happens if I downgrade my plan?

Streaming is included on Ultra and Elite. If you move to Plus or below, the included services end at the close of that billing cycle. You can keep any of them as a paid add-on if you'd rather not lose them.

Is 4K included?

Ultra and Elite support 4K streaming quality, and both include the three services. Plus is HD; Essentials and Basic are SD.

Can I add Netflix on any plan?

Yes — $8/mo on any Waveie internet plan, on the same bill. It's the one service that isn't part of the included set.
